What should I do if the customer wants to change the email address she originally used when she signed up?

Question: A customer contacted us to inform us that she entered an old email address when she signed up for notifications and she wants to change it and use her new email address. What should I do?

Answer: The recipient's email address is entered by the customer herself when she signed up and you have no control over that. If there is a need to use a new email address, you can simply tell her to revisit your store, fill out a new Subscribe Form, and use the new email address she wants to use.
