Internal email alerts - Immediate Notifications

You can opt to get notified every time a customer subscribes to an out of stock product. This notification will be sent to you in the form of an email like the one below: 

To set your preferences for the email notifications, follow the steps below:

1. Launch the app and go to Settings.

2. Click the Staff Notifications tab.

3. Click Immediate Notifications.

4. Slide the Enabled? button to the ON position to turn the notifications on.

5. Enter the email address where you want to receive the notifications in the given field. You can enter multiple email addresses in this field, just make sure to separate them with a comma.

Note: You can also reply to the customer directly by clicking reply from the email.

6. Set the maximum number of notifications that you want to receive in a day. This will allow you to control the incoming emails to prevent flooding in your inbox. 

 7. Click Save Settings.
